I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Lindsay. We have worked with her for a long time, and the level of knowledge, dedication, and genuine investment she brings to every session is exceptional. Lindsay has supported our child across so many areas of communication, including PROMPT and AAC. What makes her particularly special, though, is that her support has never stopped when the session ends. She has spent an incredible amount of time helping us as parents understand AAC—teaching us how to model language, navigate the device, encourage communication naturally, and actually incorporate it into everyday life. That education has been invaluable to our entire family. She doesn’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Lindsay pays attention to the whole child, continually adjusts based on what she is seeing, and somehow manages to challenge our child while still making therapy feel engaging and positive. She also understands how important collaboration is when a child has multiple providers involved. Lindsay has gone above and beyond to communicate with other specialists working with our child, share her expertise, and make sure everyone is working toward the same goals. She has also taken the initiative to communicate directly with our child’s school district when needed, advocating for consistency and helping bridge the gap between private therapy, school, and home. Having a provider who is willing to collaborate so extensively and truly be part of the larger team is incredibly valuable. Lindsay genuinely cares about our child’s progress, and we are so grateful to have her in our corner.
